Father, I need sleep. My body is exhausted, my mind is tired, and I need the rest that only You can give. You give sleep to those You love, and I receive that gift right now.

Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace. Let me rest in Your presence. Let Your peace flood my mind and body. Let me find rest in Your arms.

Quiet my mind. Stop the racing thoughts. Silence the worries. Let my mind be still before You.

Calm my body. Relax my muscles. Let the tension leave. Let my body find the rest it needs.

Give me the sleep I need. Let the sleep be refreshing. Let me wake up restored, renewed, and ready for the day.

Restore my body, mind, and spirit while I sleep. Let the night bring healing to every area of my being. Let me be made whole.

I am not controlled by insomnia. I am not controlled by sleeplessness. I am controlled by the Prince of Peace. I sleep. I rest. I am restored.

Lord, I struggle with insomnia. I lie awake at night and cannot sleep. The hours pass slowly while I toss and turn, and I wake up exhausted. But I choose to believe that this can change.

I bind every spirit of insomnia in Jesus' name. I bind the spirit that keeps me awake. I bind the spirit that disturbs my sleep. I command them to leave.

You tell me to be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving to let Your requests be made known to You. I bring my insomnia to You and ask for Your peace.
