Church & Body of Christ

Father, I pray for the unity of Your Church. You desire that we be one, even as You and Jesus are one. Remove every division, every schism, every splinter that keeps us apart.

Bind us together in love. Let there be no Jew or Greek, no slave or free, no male or female - we are all one in Christ. Let our unity be a testimony to the world that You sent Jesus.

Heal the rifts between denominations. Heal the divisions between local churches. Heal the splits between brothers and sisters. Let us be known by our love, not by our differences.

May we speak the same thing, may we be of the same mind, may we walk in the same direction. Let the Church be a reflection of the Trinity - three in one, united in purpose, united in love.

I declare that the Church is one. I declare that the Body is unified. I declare that we are together.

Lord, the Church has been fractured. There are divisions that should never have happened. There are splits that have caused pain. There are separations that have weakened the Body.

I ask You to restore what has been broken. Bring back the ones who have left. Heal the wounds of division. Rebuild what has been torn down.

Let there be repentance where there has been pride. Let there be forgiveness where there has been offense. Let there be reconciliation where there has been separation.

The walls that divide us - let them fall. The barriers that separate us - let them crumble. The distances that keep us apart - let them disappear.

Let Your Church be whole again. Let Your Body be complete again. Let Your family be united again.

Father, teach us to love one another. This is Your new command - that we love one another as You have loved us. This is how the world will know we are Your disciples.

Let us bear one another's burdens. Let us forgive one another as You have forgiven us. Let us serve one another. Let us honor one another.

Let there be no envy, no jealousy, no pride, no selfishness among us. Let there only be love - patient, kind, protective, trusting, hopeful, persevering.

Let our love for one another be a beacon to the lost. Let our unity be a magnet to the searching. Let our care for one another be a picture of Your heart.

I declare that we love one another. I declare that we are known by our love. I declare that our love is growing deeper and stronger every day.

Father, we cry out for revival. Pour out Your Spirit on Your Church like never before. Let there be a moving of God that shakes the foundations of heaven and earth.

Wake us up from our slumber. Rouse us from our complacency. Stir us from our apathy. We want more of You. We need more of You.

Let Your fire fall on us. Let Your glory fill our sanctuaries. Let Your presence saturate our gatherings. Let Your power flow through us.

Let the dry bones live. Let the lukewarm be hot. Let the sleepy wake up. Let the dead be raised. Let the Church become everything You designed her to be.

We declare revival is coming. We declare the Holy Spirit is moving. We declare God is doing something new.

Lord, the Church has grown lazy. We have become comfortable, content, and complacent. We have forgotten the urgency of the Gospel. We have lost the fire that once burned in our hearts.

Wake us up. Shake us loose. Stir us into action. Let us no longer sleep while the lost are perishing. Let us no longer rest while the enemy advances.

Put a new song in our mouths. Put a new fire in our spirits. Put a new urgency in our steps. Let us run the race with everything we have.

Let the lamp of our lives be trimmed. Let the light of our witness shine brightly. Let the salt of our influence be fresh and effective.

We are awake now. We are alert now. We are ready now. The Church is rising up.

Father, transform our worship. We want to worship You in spirit and in truth. We want our worship to be more than songs, more than rituals, more than performances.

Let our worship be authentic. Let our worship be passionate. Let our worship be life-changing. Let our worship be a sweet aroma to You.

Let the way we worship reveal who You are. Let our praise draw near to You. Let our songs bring glory to Your name.

We worship You as Lord. We worship You as King. We worship You as Father. We worship You as God.

Let every gathering be a taste of heaven. Let every song be a glimpse of eternity. Let every worship service be an encounter with Your presence.

Father, I pray for the leaders of Your Church. Give them grace to lead. Give them wisdom to guide. Give them strength to serve.

Protect them from burnout. Shield them from attacks. Deliver them from the schemes of the enemy. They carry heavy responsibilities and face spiritual warfare daily.

Let them lead with humility. Let them serve with love. Let them teach with authority. Let them shepherd with compassion.

Remind them that they are under-shepherds, not the Chief Shepherd. Remind them that they serve the Great Shepherd, not themselves.

Give them rest. Give them peace. Give them joy in their calling. Let them finish well.

Lord, direct the steps of Your leaders. Guide their decisions. Illuminate their paths. Speak clearly to their hearts.

Give them wisdom beyond their years. Give them insight beyond their experience. Give them discernment beyond their understanding.

When they face difficult decisions, give them clarity. When they face conflict, give them peace. When they face opposition, give them courage.

Let their leadership point people to You. Let their example inspire others to follow. Let their teaching edify the Body.

You are the Head of the Church. You are the Chief Shepherd. You lead Your leaders.

Father, protect Your leaders from the enemy. The devil seeks to destroy those who shepherd Your people. He wants to devour, to kill, to steal.

Surround them with Your angels. Cover them with the blood of Jesus. Put a hedge of protection around them and their families.

Protect them from false accusations. Protect them from spiritual attacks. Protect them from physical exhaustion. Protect them from relational conflicts.

Let them not be taken down by the subtle schemes of the enemy. Let them stand firm in the faith. Let them be more than conquerors.

The gates of hell shall not prevail against them. The enemy has no power over them. They are covered by the blood and protected by the Almighty.

Father, pour out spiritual gifts to every member of Your Church. You said there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.

Give the gift of prophecy to those who speak Your words. Give the gift of serving to those who help others. Give the gift of teaching to those who instruct in truth. Give the gift of encouragement to those who lift others up.

Let every believer know their gift. Let every believer use their gift. Let every believer grow in their gift.

Let the Body be properly fitted together. Let each part do its work. Let the Church function as You designed.

We are all gifted. We are all empowered. We are all equipped for ministry.

Father, grow the fruit of the Spirit in every member of Your Church. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control - let these be evident in all of us.

Let Your love fill us. Let Your joy sustain us. Let Your peace rule us. Let Your patience govern us.

Let us be kind in our words. Let us be good in our actions. Let us be faithful in our commitments. Let us be gentle in our approach. Let us be controlled by Your Spirit.

Let the world see the fruit and know we are Yours. Let the fruit be evidence of the Holy Spirit's presence in our lives.

We are bearing fruit. We are growing in Christ. We are becoming more like Him every day.

Father, pour out power on Your Church to be witnesses. You said we would receive power when the Holy Spirit came upon us. We need that power today.

Let us speak with authority. Let us demonstrate the Kingdom. Let us do the works that Jesus did, and even greater works.

Let signs and wonders follow the preaching of Your Word. Let the sick be healed. Let the dead be raised. Let the demonic be cast out.

Let our witness be powerful. Let our testimony be compelling. Let our lives be evidence of the Gospel.

We have power. We have authority. We have the Holy Spirit. We are witnesses.

Father, give us boldness to share the Gospel. You said go into all the world and make disciples. We cannot keep this Good News to ourselves.

Remove our fear. Overcome our hesitation. Break our silence. Let us speak about Jesus with everyone we meet.

Give us opportunities to share. Give us words to say. Give us courage to open our mouths. Give us compassion for the lost.

Let us not be ashamed of the Gospel. Let us not hide our light. Let us not shrink back from telling others about salvation.

We are witnesses. We are proclaimers. We are evangelists. The message must go forth.

Father, help us make disciples who make disciples. The Great Commission is not just to make converts but to make followers - people who obey everything Jesus commanded.

Help us teach others to obey. Help us train others to disciple. Help us multiply the Church, not just add to it.

Let every believer be equipped to share their faith. Let every Christian be trained to make other Christians. Let the Church reproduce itself naturally.

Let the Kingdom expand rapidly. Let the number of believers grow exponentially. Let the harvest be plentiful.

We are making disciples. We are building the Kingdom. We are investing in eternity.

Father, send the Gospel to every nation, every tribe, every tongue, every people. You said the Gospel must be proclaimed to all creation, to every creature.

Raise up missionaries. Send forth evangelists. Equip church planters. Build bridges to every culture.

Let the Word go forth speedily. Let the message run. Let the light spread to the darkest corners of the earth.

No people group should be left without the Gospel. No nation should be unreached. No soul should die without hearing the name of Jesus.

The harvest is ready. The workers are being sent. The nations are being reached.
