Spiritual Gifts in Practice

A journey through the nine gifts Paul enumerates in Romans 12 and 1 Corinthians 12. Not just what they are, but how they actually function, where the church has gone wrong, and what faithful stewardship looks like.

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

Why Another Discussion About Gifts?

Because somewhere along the way, spiritual gifts became either a controversy to avoid or a spectacle to perform. Both approaches miss the point entirely.

This series is not about endorsing a particular theological camp. It is about returning to what Scripture actually says, and what it means for ordinary believers who want to steward what they have been given faithfully, without pride or fear.

Each day we will examine one gift. Its biblical foundation, its practical outworking, and the healthy boundaries that keep it from becoming a tool for control, manipulation, or spiritual abuse.

The goal is not spectacle. The goal is maturity. Building up the body until we all reach the unity of the faith.
